Room for Rent in House — Boise

I am looking for a roomate to share a two bedroom house. The house is located close to the greenbelt and nice bike ride to anywhere downtown inculing Boise State. Utilities that are inculed are water, sewer, garbage, power and Direct TV(in main room). The bedroom has it's own half bath. The house has hardwood floors and, inculing in the bedroom and a large kitchen. I do have animals so must be pet friendly, I am open to other pets as long as they get along. A meeting is required for all applicants prior to move in arrangement's are made. Available August 1st 2012
